In this first step of the “Killing the Trauma Blues” program, we work with you to build a clear, focused wellness plan that aligns with your emotional, mental, spiritual, and lifestyle needs. ✅ What This Includes: One-on-one or group assessment session Trauma impact identification (personal, generational, or environmental) Daily and weekly self-care strategies Spiritual and emotional check-in tools Lifestyle and support mapping (faith, family, community, etc.) Actionable goals tailored to your life and pace 💡 Outcome: By the end of this session, you'll walk away with a customized wellness blueprint—a realistic and empowering plan to guide your healing process with clarity and confidence.
